How do I download and import templates from the e-mark website to the mobile app?
A description on how to download and import templates from the e-mark website with iOS devices and Android devices.
iOS download process
Step 1: Go to the e-mark website -> e-mark create -> Downloads -> Templates
Step 2: Choose the template category
Step 3: Click on the template you want to download. There are 2 ways to start the download
- Click on “Download” to directly download
- Click on “Add to my collection” -> a new screen opens from the right side and shows you the templates added to your collection until now (click on the x to go back and select more templates) -> click on “Download” to download the templates
Step 4: Download the templates to your device and import them
iOS 13 or higher: A window will pop up where you click on “Download” -> a blue arrow appears on the top right corner of your screen, click on it -> the download list appears -> click on the e-mark create file -> the file is imported to your e-mark create App
iOS 12 or lower: A new screen appears -> click on “Open in “create”” -> the file is imported to your create App
Android download process
Step 1: Go to the e-mark website -> e-mark create -> Downloads -> Templates
Step 2: Choose the template category

A window will pop up, click “Open” -> some devices ask you to choose the app you want to open the template in -> choose the create App -> the file is imported to your create App
